Each week in Music Together classrooms around the world, children - and the grownups who love them - gather to make music as a community. Our early childhood music classes help families get in touch with their inner musician and build basic music competence. Our mission: to make the world a better place by making it more musical. And you can be part of it by joining one of our virtual or in-person classes!
Note about virtual classes:
Worried about screen time? We get it! That's why Music Together Online is designed to offer an interactive and personal class featuring the parents!
In our cornerstone weekly mixed-age classes,
little ones (0-5) and their favorite grownups gather to make music together in a fun, zero-pressure, multicultural environment. Gathering babies, toddlers, and preschoolers together makes each class fun for all.
For older children (5-7), we are working to bring Rhythm Kids classes to Paris.
Parents are always welcome to all classes. But so are nannies, grandparents, godparents, aunts, uncles, friends... Children learn best when they are surrounded by beloved and trusted role models.
Like parenting, making music requires no previous experience or expertise, just a willingness to get down on the floor and get silly with your child!
Classes are organized by trimester - Fall, Winter, Spring. Each trimester is composed of 9 weekly classes, ~ 45 minutes per class. Summer session runs 4-6 weeks.
We offer the classic in-person classes 3 days a week in Paris. For families who are not able to make our in-person classes, we are delighted to offer Music Together Online, a series of virtual classes via Zoom, 2 or 3 classes per week.
For Summer 2020, registered families can choose between 5-weeks of in-person or a build-your-own Music Together Online (MTO) class schedule.
Our award-winning music spans nine different collections. Each trimester, registered families receive a new songbook, CD and download code to bring the music everywhere they go. The songs are a mix of original and traditional tunes from a variety of genres and styles—folk, blues, rock, jazz, classical, and world music—so there's something for everyone.
